Cindy Bogach is the founder and owner of Bogach Contracting, a Western Canada-based company specializing in earthworks, excavation, aggregate operations, and land reclamation. With more than 15 years of experience across heavy civil construction, pipeline integrity excavations, and aggregate development, she brings a rare combination of practical field expertise, operational discipline, and long-range land stewardship to every project.
Her approach is grounded in execution, shaped by experience, and informed by a deep understanding of the regulatory and environmental responsibilities that define modern land development. Cindy works closely with landowners, operators, and industry partners to deliver solutions that are efficient, compliant, and built to protect the long-term value of the land.
